    I love the note in the front. I've been thinking about starting a sketchbook because I really enjoyed and benefitted from my art therapy group and I need to learn to overcome my perfectionism (in lots of aspects of life). I may have to give myself similar notes :)

      I always write myself little notes, I find it helpful to have little reminders that some things aren't actually that stressful or important.
