The Makers Emporium Christmas Bazaar!

The Makers Emporium Christmas Bazaar The Makers Emporium Christmas Bazaar The Makers Emporium Christmas Bazaar The Makers Emporium Christmas Bazaar The Makers Emporium Christmas Bazaar The Makers Emporium Christmas Bazaar The Makers Emporium Christmas Bazaar

Almost a week ago now the market actually happened and it went really well. My best market to date, third time's a charm :)

(That aardvark is a mono print by Will and I'm not so secretly glad it didn't sell because it's now on our living room wall :) )

I feel like I haven't signed into Blogger for about a year, I'm looking forward to having a good catch up on all my favourite blogs over the weekend. Also, Will got a year older this week so prepare yourself for photos of us being fools in the castle...

£3.98 ~ Oranges and Raspberries

Untitled Untitled Untitled Untitled

I had some really good luck on my last charity shop outing. A raspberries jug, oranges jar, very pretty bowl and slightly creepy santa cup. The oranges jar smells a bit funky but not as funky as it's twin that I left behind and I'm sure it'll air out fine. If not I'll just keep it closed and ignore the knowledge of it having a smell in it. Oh the magic of second hand things.

The Very Hungry Caterpillar

Untitled Untitled Untitled Untitled Untitled Untitled

A lovely lady I know from The Craft Room asked me to make a very hungry caterpillar and here he is.
I'm so glad she asked me to do it, I really enjoyed watching him come to life and am proud of the finished thing. She seemed really pleased with it too which makes it even more rewarding.

Now back to work on the market items. It's getting so close. I'm so nervous and excited.

Eyeball and Skeleton Hunt

Untitled Untitled Untitled Untitled

Every Easter I do an egg hunt for Will and this year for Halloween he did me an eyeball hunt with added skeletons for good measure (and one ghost that sneaked in with the skeletons). Yay for seasonal chocolates!
Excuse the blurryness, I was over excited and it was pretty dark.

Monthly Music Exchange #3

This is a little late but I couldn't let Halloween pass without some spooky music. There is a very long list of perfect for Halloween music but this year I have settled on Rob Zombie, coz you know, his last name is Zombie.

I picked this song out of all his wonderfully horror inspired songs because I love the video. A few years ago I even made myself a Living Dead Girl t-shirt. I'm so cool. (Judging by my face in this photo I thought it wouldn't be in the picture...)
